What we publish is meant to be useful and to show how we think. It isn't a substitute for professional advice about your own situation. A few specifics:
HFA provides leadership coaching, organizational training, and keynotes. These are not psychotherapy, counseling, or any other mental-health or medical service, even where a member of our team holds a clinical license. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed provider or, in the US, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Articles, videos, the site assistant, and anything else on the Site are general information. They are not clinical, legal, financial, HR, or employment advice, and they don't take your specific circumstances into account. Decisions about your people and your organization are yours; take qualified advice where it matters.
Descriptions of our work, case studies, and testimonials reflect the experience of particular clients in particular situations. They aren't a promise that you'll see the same outcome. What changes depends on the people, the organization, and the work everyone puts in.
Testimonials are from real clients, shared with their permission. Some are edited for length. Names and titles are as the client provided them at the time. No one was paid for a testimonial.
We cite research and other people's work — Gallup, Lencioni, Kahneman, Gendlin, Deci and Ryan, and others — to show where our thinking comes from. Citation isn't endorsement by them of HFA, and we've summarized their work in our own words; go to the original for the full picture.
The assistant is automated and can make mistakes. Anything it says about fit, format, price, or availability is indicative only until Charlotte or Rod confirm it in writing.
Views in our writing are those of the author. They're offered in good faith and may change as we learn.
